I have scoured the US in efforts to find the most reputable breeders to work with. This not only means Chicago Papillons are AKC registered Papillons, but that they also come from Grand Champion and Champion bloodlines with breeders who participate in AKC events, are clear for common breed genetic disorders, and strive to better the breed.
